Self care is so important because how you treat yourself reflects how you treats others. This is something that I continue to work on and make a priority in my life daily because honeyyy this world will test you! So you have to stay strong, confident and humble. Each day I’m reminded how important it is to have security and safety in my own mind so that I’m not effected by other's decisions. And this isn't always easy! But, remember: nothing worth having comes easy. It's much easier to stay comfortable than it is to work hard daily on yourself.. but it's so worth it! It definitely starts with acceptance. I embrace my weird, different qualities, my unique views and emotions. Because God makes no mistakes and I embrace it all. Learning myself and my body is the best self care decision I ever made. I know what works for me and I learned what doesn't and I try to understand why. My products are the result of all my trial and error and now my go to products and ingredients for all natural healing. I'm so grateful I get to share my favorite self care products with everyone. This is something I believe we should all be focused on, bringing out the best in ourselves and then using that knowledge to help bring it out in each other. Because team work makes the dream work.
